Package #3: Ultimate Chef Experience

This package is for our foodies! Grab your friends and your appetites and enjoy 3 separate private dining experiences from local Oklahoma City chefs. Each dining experience accommodates 8 attendees and will be a culinary journey for your tastebuds. Whether you want to throw a dinner party for friends or business associates, host a birthday, or anniversary celebration, or create a memorable event with the family, what better way than to experience it with a personalize chef experience.

Chef #1 – Chef Kevin Lee, a renowned chef and Food Network Champion, is a curator of culinary excellence. He has competed on shows like "Beat Bobby Flay," "Alex vs. America,” “Guy’s Grocery Games,” Superchef Grudge Match” and “Tournament of Champions.” This dining experience will take place at his restaurant Birdies – A Modern Korean Steakhouse in Edmond, OK.

Chef #2 – Chef Eric Smith is a graduate of the Coach House Culinary apprenticeship. Following graduation he spent 13 years in Chicago working under multiple James Beard award willing chefs and ultimately launching his own restaurant concepts. He is currently the executive chef and managing partner of The Crown, The Crown Room and Pachinko Parlor. Your group will have a unique fine dining experience at The Crown Room where Chef Eric will provide an innovative and exceptional evening to remember.

Chef #3 –Chef Kurt Fleischfresser began his career at Le Vichyssoise in Chicago under Chef Bernard Cretier, later working at The French Room at The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, Enjolie at The Mandalay Four Seasons in Los Colinas, Vincent’s on Camelback in Phoenix, and La Champagne at the Registry Resort in Scottsdale, among others.

With his partner Chris Lower, he established some of the best restaurants in Oklahoma, including The Metro Wine Bar & Bistro, Ground Floor Café, Iguana Lounge, Earl’s Rib Palace, The Museum Café, Portobello, The Deep Fork Grill, Irma’s Burger Shack, and Montrachet (Tulsa). In 2004, Kurt obtained full ownership of The Coach House, and in 2009, joined Carl Milam and Western Concepts Restaurant Group. Kurt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association. He is currently the Executive Chef for the Western Concepts Group and curates the private tasting room at Will Rogers.
